Product-specific questions
Our most frequently asked questions are actually regarding the specific qualities of the things we sell.  So we are putting everything we can think of in each and every product description- size of items, the type of material it is made from, and anything else we can think of specific to the product. If you have a question that is specific to an item of ours, please double-read the description to see if it isn’t written there somewhere first- if you can’t find it there, we will certainly try to answer it as best we can!
 
General questions:
Do you post internationally?
 
Yes, we can post internationally.  Our shipping calculator will calculate postage charges for most countries. Please get in touch if yours isn’t listed.
 
How long does delivery take?

We post our things out first class the day they are ordered, and they tend to reach UK customers either the next day or the day after that.  To make sure we ask you to allow up to 5 days for postage. 

For US-based or Canada-based customers, it can take 5 – 14 days to arrive and again, we send everything first class via Airmail the day you order it. 

Europe- based customers usually receive their things about a week later and Australia is similar to US and Canada, taking about 5-14 days. 

If your item hasn’t shown up and you feel it has been too long for it to be on its way, please let us know and we will track it for you.

 
Do you offer postal insurance?
We don’t offer postal insurance, though we can send via recorded delivery for a higher charge.  If you would like us to do this, please let us know at the time of ordering.  We send all our items out first class Royal Mail, and we always get proof of postage.
 
What does the postage charge include, is it just the stamp?
No, the postage charge also includes packing- specifically the envelope, the actual postage cost, the tissue paper we use to wrap and any bags or bubble wrap etc.  We do not ever profit from our postage charges.  If you have received your package and wish to query your postage charge, please get in touch.
 
Is your website secure?
In a word, yes.  We use PayPal for our payment system which is a secure site.  Not only do we not store any of your details, we don’t even see them in the first place.  When you enter your payment details, you are entering them into an integrated PayPal payment system which uses a high level of data encryption so your details are completely safe.
 
How are your items packaged?
We wrap all our things in tissue paper, and if they are fragile, we then wrap them in bubble wrap.
 
When do you donate to the CINI charity?
We donate 10% of our entire income once a month to the Child in Need Institute, usually around the 10th of the month.  For more information about this, please visit our ‘About Us and Our Shop’ page, accessible from the Homepage.
 
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a refund on anything you are not pleased with.  If you are not happy, or the goods are faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us and let us know. We will then be more than happy to assist in either replacing or refunding you.  Please note that we cannot accept returned earrings if they have been worn.  For more information on refunds please see our ‘Delivery Information’ page, accessible from the Homepage.
 
Do you do wholesale?
We can accommodate wholesale enquiries, please get in touch if this is something you are interested in.  Our minimum order amount is £250.
